VacM – The Hardware

VacM is a robust, plug-and-play LoRa communication device designed to integrate seamlessly with existing computing platforms through a standard USB interface.

Pure Communication Architecture: VacM is engineered exclusively for data routing and transmission. It does not run applications, bloated operating systems, or unnecessary background services, significantly reducing the attack surface while maximizing reliability and efficiency.

Future-Ready Design: The device is built on the Reticulum networking stack, enabling secure, sovereign, peer-to-peer mesh networking. Its modular architecture also allows for a seamless transition to LoRaWAN in future deployment phases, providing long-term flexibility without compromising current capabilities.

VacApp is the dedicated software gateway available for both Desktop and Mobile platforms, providing users with a secure and intuitive interface for communication across the VacM network.

Hardware-Gated Security: Security begins at the hardware level. VacApp becomes operational only after detecting and authenticating a connected VacM device, preventing unauthorized software access and ensuring that communication is tied to trusted hardware.

End-to-End Operational Control: VacApp enables secure messaging and data sharing over the VacM network, operating independently of the public internet. The platform provides organizations with complete control over mission-critical communications while maintaining a simple and user-friendly experience.
